Who can buy from Trade Titans?
We supply trade only: retailers, wholesalers, online sellers and other business buyers. We don't sell to the public. You'll need a trade account before you can order.
How do I open a trade account?
Fill in the trade account form with your business details. We check the business and, once approved, set you up with pricing and a contact.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The current minimum is shown at the top of the site. It applies to your order value before VAT and delivery.
How do I get a price?
Send us the EANs you want with your target price and quantity through the quote form, and we'll come back with what we can supply and at what price. You deal with the same person each time.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer and card. Payment is taken before despatch unless we've agreed credit terms with you.
Do you offer credit terms?
Credit terms may be available after a number of orders, subject to checks. Ask your contact.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Delivery is quoted per order based on weight and location. Stocked lines usually ship within 2-3 working days.
Do you ship cases or pallets?
Both, depending on the line and order size.
Do you provide invoices for Amazon or eBay?
Yes. We provide full VAT invoices with our company and VAT details, suitable for marketplace and brand approval requirements.
Are the products genuine?
Yes. We supply genuine, traceable stock sourced through direct brand relationships and vetted suppliers. We check every supplier before we buy.
Can I return goods?
Correctly supplied goods aren't returnable unless agreed in advance. Damaged, incorrect or short shipped goods must be reported quickly.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We currently supply the UK. Contact us about export.
